If you are unhappy with any aspect of the writer’s argument, you are always free to request as many free revisions as you need within 14 days of the paper’s delivery, as long as your revision instructions do not conflict with the original ones.
Revision Deadline cannot be shorter than 24 hours, please take attention. Therefore, we strongly advise our customers to place an order with a shorter deadline so they will have more time to review the delivered file and make any necessary revisions.
I want to request a free revision; how do I do that?
If this option is offered, you can ask for a free revision by selecting the “Send for a Free Revision” button on your order page. The Revision Period, which lasts 14 days following the day designated as the Order final Deadline, allows you to do this.
You can also use live chat or email to deliver the work for revision.
What should I write when I request a revision of the work?
You will be required to provide your free revision deadline and revision instructions based on the original instructions in order to submit your revision. Revision Deadline cannot be shorter than 24 hours, please take attention.
Revision instructions can include any comments, ideas, queries, or other feedback that clearly outlines the changes that need to be made to the document.
Additionally, you are invited to attach any files pertaining to the Revision. An example of such a file would be the writer’s finalized paper with your comments.
After our team has evaluated and accepted your revision instructions, the writer will begin editing the work.
If the deadline has passed after more than 14 days, may I submit the paper for revision?
If a revision request is not made during the revision period (14 days following the final deadline), we deem the customer to be pleased with the paper and no more free revisions are permitted. You will be required to place a new Order or make an additional payment to cover the Writer’s work if any complaints are made after the Revision Period.
Special cases
You will be advised to proceed with additional payment to cover additional writing if our Team and/or Writer discover initial instructions changes (including incorrect initial instructions placed by the Customer by mistake) and/or some part of the paper is requested to be extended or written from scratch. Typically, we’ll ask the writer to estimate the amount of work that has to be done from scratch in order to generate an extra bill for you. After you complete the payment, the paper will be updated appropriately.
If the attitude of the Writer does not meet your standards, you might ask to have the Order redistributed. When you inform them of the need for the reassignment, our representatives will determine whether it is possible to transfer the Order at no additional cost. Please be aware that depending on the amount of work required and the remaining deadline, the new writer may ask for a deadline extension to finish the paper.
Our agents have the authority to refuse future Revision requests from the Customer if they repeatedly submit inappropriate Revision requests and/or if their actions clearly exploit the Writer.
The customer has no right to request a free revision of a specific document if there is an unresolved dispute.
Please be aware that if any crucial details regarding the successful completion of the assignment were provided to the Writer after the Final File Delivery or too late for the Writer to make necessary changes before the Deadline passes, the responsibility of not meeting the initial instructions lies on the Customer. You can be asked to extend the Deadline or make an additional payment in this situation.
The work can be rewritten for free during the revision period if the customer presents us with evidence of a high level of plagiarism (a valid Turnitin report), or another writer may be assigned at the customer’s request. Our customers’ satisfaction is our main priority, thus we always work to find quick solutions to any problems.
* If the Order Deadline has passed or there are fewer than 24 hours remaining before the expiration, we will deliver a free revision within the minimal Deadline of 24 hours. The Revision Deadline is automatically set to the same time as the Order Deadline if your paper was delivered earlier and the Order Deadline has not yet passed (there are still more than 24 hours before the Deadline expiry).
The Free Revision Period is shortened to 5 days for exceptional orders with discounts of 20% or higher.
